Uphill and Son Ltd

Uphill and Son ltd are a firm of agricultural engineers based on Nedge Lane which evolved from a blacksmiths business. The Uphill family  had a long history as blacksmiths and the pages about  haymaking show some early examples of motorised farming equipment.

The site of the business was probably part of Nedge Farm.
